One third of comms directors cut all spending on agencies over the past year, according to the 2010 PR Week/Brands2Life Communications Directors Survey results. Despite this grim view, the survey paints a more optimistic picture of the year ahead. Thirty-nine percent expect lifts in budget  of up to 20%, and the rate of in-house redundancies slowing.
