She has a commercial recruitment background with over four years experience working with large blue chip and public sector organizations.  Prior to recruitment, Katie was a Customer Service Manager which involved extensive travel through Europe and the USA.  Katie manages the Freelance desk, building long term effective relationships with both candidates and clients in order to ensure their experience with Median is a memorable one.
